The WRS Story
Built on Relationships. Driven by Service. Committed to Those Who Serve.
It Started at the Firehouse
In grade school, I was that little boy who always wanted to go to the firehouse. Not just to see the trucks, equipment, and all the exciting things that came with the fire service, but to see my dad.
My dad was a driver/operator, and growing up around the firehouse gave me an early appreciation for the people behind the equipment. I spent hours visiting him, talking with the crew, walking through the engine bay, looking at the trucks, and occasionally getting to experience a ride or two.
Looking back, those childhood memories were about much more than the firehouse. They were my first glimpse into a world built on teamwork, trust, responsibility, and a commitment to helping others.
I didn’t know it then, but those experiences would eventually help shape the company I would build.

Learning the Value of Relationships
Before starting White Rose Safety, I spent more than a decade in sales, including working with an up-and-coming fitness equipment company competing against well-established brands.
It was an education in what it takes to earn someone’s business. Without a big name behind me, I had to earn every opportunity, build relationships from the ground up, and demonstrate value through service, knowledge, and follow-through.
That experience taught me something I have never forgotten:
I saw firsthand how challenging it can be to compete against larger organizations, and how important it is to have someone in your corner who takes the time to understand your needs.

The Birth of White Rose Safety
In 2020, I took what I had learned throughout my career and combined it with something much more personal: my lifelong connection to the fire service and my passion for working with people.
The vision was straightforward: build a company that helps fire departments, EMS agencies, and other first responders find the equipment and solutions they need, backed by service they can count on.
We wanted to do more than sell products. We wanted to build relationships, understand the challenges our customers face, and become a resource they could turn to when they needed guidance.
From the beginning, the goal was to be the kind of company that knows its customers by name, takes their calls, listens to their concerns, and works alongside them to find the right solutions.
Growing Together, Never Losing Our Roots
Since opening our doors, we’ve learned something from every customer, every conversation, and every challenge along the way.
We’ve continued to grow, expand our product offerings, and build relationships with manufacturers and customers who share our commitment to those who serve. But growth has never changed what matters most to us.
White Rose Safety remains a family-owned business, built on the belief that personal service still matters. We know that every department has different needs, budgets, priorities, and challenges. We believe those differences deserve attention, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
We also understand that the equipment we help put into your hands is more than another sale. It’s equipment that becomes part of your daily work, your training, and your response when someone in your community needs help.
We take that responsibility seriously.
Our Promise to You
At White Rose Safety, we don’t want to simply sell to you. We want to partner with you.
That means listening before recommending, providing honest guidance, working to understand your needs, and standing behind the relationships we build.
Whether you’re equipping a department, evaluating a new product, or looking for a supplier who takes the time to understand your organization, our goal is to make the process easier and help you make informed decisions.
We may not be the biggest name in the industry, and that’s okay. We believe our strength is in how we do business, the relationships we build, and the commitment we bring to every customer.
Thank you for being part of the White Rose Safety story. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for the customers who have trusted us along the way, and excited about what we can accomplish together.
Putting First Responders First.
