The Dräger PSS AirBoss is a high-performance, NFPA-certified self-contained breathing apparatus designed to reduce strain on long, hard calls. The weight sits close to the wearer’s center of gravity, the harness adjusts to fit different body types, and tool-free Plug & Play parts make cleaning and service fast.

Fit and comfort

• Three-step height adjustment with a sliding, pivoting waist belt

Visibility and safety

• Sentinel monitoring with integrated PASS: motionless, low-air and thermal alerts with a 360° alarm

• Carbon-infused polymer back frame rated for drag rescue, with optional grab handle

Operation and maintenance

• Lung-demand valve with auto-shutoff to prevent accidental air loss
