In the event of a shipping or invoice error, notification is required within 10 days. Standard off the shelf items may be returned for credit only with prior approval from White Rose Safety. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied. 

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with no evidence of use. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any custom products (logo cylinders), custom sized (turnout gear), or products with a shelf-life (detector tubes, sensors) are not returnable.
